The Bifulk Family opens their railroad to the public in the summer on select dates - this Railroad is now closed until the summer of 2018.
Located at 193 Pennysylvania Avenue, this is commonly called the Jackson Street Roundhouse and was built by James J. Hill in 1907. MGRS has built a 70 foot indoor running layout, depicting the history of Minnesota, with 2 running loops of track. Museum does charge admission and is open to the public Wednesdays & Saturdays from 10am-4pm
Our outdoor layout maintained by MGRS is located in Wayzata at the Wayzata Depot. Posted running times of trains are Saturdays & Sunday's, weather permitting, 1-4pm. This is a public park, bordering beautiful Lake Minnetonka, with no admission charge.
